Yes, all of our crystals are 100% natural and authentic. Sadly, there has been an influx of fake crystals available, rest assured you will never receive a unauthentic crystal from us.

We will send out your order within 3 working days of receiving it. Generally orders are received 3 - 5 working days after it has been sent out to you. We use Royal Mail to deliver your order so please be mindful it could be slightly longer if your specific area has any delays with this service.

We make every effort to make sure our photos look exactly like the product you will see. If you are ordering a product that is intuitively chosen, they may look different than pictured as crystals are natural and no crystal is exactly the same. We also do not edit our photo's, they are taken in a light box and colours may appear slightly different on screen than in person.
